About Donor-Advised Funds
A Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) is a simple way to support parrot conservation using funds you may have already set aside for giving. Your DAF provider manages the funds, and you recommend grants to the nonprofit organizations you choose.
You choose when and how to recommend grants from your DAF, giving you flexibility in how you support parrot conservation over time.
Benefits
- Retain the flexibility to make grant recommendations over time.
- Qualify for a charitable tax deduction when you contribute to your DAF.
- Your grant makes an immediate impact for parrot conservation.
How it works
- Log in to your DAF account or contact your DAF provider and recommend a grant to World Parrot Trust USA.
- Submit the grant request, specifying the amount you wish to donate and any additional details.
- Once approved, your DAF sponsoring organization sends the grant to the World Parrot Trust USA.
